Camp Teacher Job Description:
Transplanting Traditions is looking to hire two summer camp teachers who are eager to teach kids between the ages of 3-12 years old on a beautiful farm located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We are looking for someone who has worked with preschool/elementary aged kids; is knowledgeable about the natural environment; and someone who can create and lead educational activities about food, culture, art, nature and literacy to young children. Camp will be held twice a week on Wednesday and Friday mornings or approximately 10-13 hours a week. Lastly, TTCF staff will support camp teachers throughout the duration of camp, if needed, and there will be teacher assistants to support the lead teachers.
