Farm Programs Director

The Mission of Transplanting Traditions Community Farm (TTCF) is to provide refugees access to land, healthy food and agricultural and entrepreneurial opportunities. TTCF works with refugees that left Burma as a result of war and have come to North Carolina to rebuild their lives.  Transplanting Traditions is looking for a dynamic individual to help manage and oversee the TTCF small business development programming while also helping to launch a new initiative to replicate the TTCF farm incubator model to include refugee and immigrant farmers in adjacent counties.  This new initiative will diversify and expand refugee marketing opportunities and expand TTCF’s existing aggregated customer management and food distribution services through the formation of the Transplanting Traditions Producer Hub (TTPH), which will support the growing network of refugee farmers throughout North Carolina.
