Bravo Radishes

This variety of daikon radish is prized for its lovely purple hue and its peppery, earthy flavor. When sliced, it has a violet ring around the edges with an internal color of white with violet streaks, which makes an attractive addition to many dishes. Delicious raw or cooked, bravo radishes can be used in any recipe that calls for radishes.

STORAGE: Remove the greens from the radishes before storing them. Place them in a sealed plastic bag or air tight container with a slightly damp paper towel and store them in your refrigerator. They will remain fresh for 2-3 weeks stored this way. If you plan to use the greens, store them separately in a plastic bag and use within a few days.
